產(chǎn)品適應(yīng)癥：

使用說明及注意事項(xiàng)：

User guide and caution:

1. 使用前需按醫(yī)院的操作規(guī)范清洗或消毒皮膚，帶皮膚干燥后，再貼上敷料。

Please clean or sterilize the skin according to the hospital’s operation standards. Make sure the skin is dry before applying the dressing.

2. 在選擇敷料時(shí)，應(yīng)保證面積足夠大，至少有2.5cm寬的敷料貼于穿刺點(diǎn)或傷口周圍干燥、健康的皮膚上。

Make sure the dressing should be at least 2.5cm larger than the wound.

3. 對(duì)于外周靜脈留置針護(hù)理時(shí)，應(yīng)隨留置針的跟換而重新使用新的敷料。美國(guó)疾病控制中心要求外周靜脈留置針每3天更換留置部位，用于中心靜脈留置針護(hù)理時(shí)，最長(zhǎng)使用時(shí)間可達(dá)7天。

New dressing is required when the catheter needs to be changed. It is suggested to change the I.V. dressing every 3 days by USCDC when the dressing is used to fix PICC, and maximum 7 days to fix CVC.

4. 當(dāng)發(fā)現(xiàn)敷料破損、脫落時(shí)。應(yīng)及時(shí)更換，保證敷料的屏障和固定作用。

When the dressing is broken or dropped off, please change it immediately to ensure the protection and fixation of dressing.

5. 更換穿刺固定敷料時(shí)，需防止靜脈留置針的脫落。

When changing the I.V. dressing, please prevent the I.V. catheter from dropping off.

6. 如穿刺固定敷料下的傷口出現(xiàn)大量滲液，可能影響粘貼，此時(shí)應(yīng)更換穿刺固定敷料。

When there is heavy wound exudates under the I.V. dressing, please change the dressing in time.

7. 皮膚上如有清潔劑、保護(hù)劑或抗菌軟膏，敷料的粘性會(huì)受影響。

The viscosity of dressing will be decreased by detergent, bactericide or antibiotic ointment on the skin.

8. 拉伸穿刺固定敷料后進(jìn)行粘貼，會(huì)導(dǎo)致皮膚的張力性損傷。

Don’t drag the I.V. dressing, when sticking it to the skin or unnecessary hurt will be caused to the skin.

9. 當(dāng)發(fā)現(xiàn)使用部分出現(xiàn)紅斑或感染時(shí)，應(yīng)揭除敷料，作必要的處理。在采取適當(dāng)?shù)尼t(yī)療手段的同時(shí)，應(yīng)增加敷料的更換頻率或
